WindCo Window Washing ("WindCo", "we", "us", "our") is a window washing service business operating in Thornton, Colorado and surrounding areas. These Terms govern your use of our website and your engagement with our services.
WindCo provides residential and commercial window washing services. The specific scope of each job is agreed upon at the time of booking or estimate confirmation. We reserve the right to:
Submitting a booking or estimate request through this website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only when WindCo contacts you to confirm the date, time, and scope of work.
Estimates provided are good-faith approximations based on the information you supply. Final pricing may differ if the property differs materially from what was described (e.g., different window count, access difficulties, excessive buildup).
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept payment in person by Venmo, cash, or credit/debit card. We do not process payments online and do not issue online invoices or payment links.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50 to cover scheduling and travel costs.
WindCo reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible and offer the next available slot.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled date. This includes:
If access is not available at the agreed time and we are unable to complete the job, a call-out fee may apply.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 48 hours of job completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Claims made after 48 hours or resulting from conditions outside our control (e.g., subsequent weather, construction dust) are not covered.
WindCo is fully insured. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence, we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue through our insurance provider.
